Prom Night Was ...

Journal Entry: Sun May 10, 2009, 12:29 AM

A NIGHT TO REMEMBER! Now with pictures! : DDDD
First, let's take a look at the hunk who asked me to prom; MY BOY TOY!:

At The Galleria in San Francisco (Where prom took place)

Aaaaaand during the limo ride over there:

So first things first, I woke up at around eleven and quickly took a shower (Because my hair and makeup appointment was at 12). I lightweight got in trouble because seniors were supposed to attend first, through third period that day but I couldn't do that if I wanted to have a fun, long lasting night ... so I played hooky instead. Bahahaha. ANYWAY, I arrived at the salon and I specifically told them I didn't want too much make up. I wanted a natural look and not look like a hoochie mama.

They gave me fake eye lashes! HAHA!! It felt SO weird but my lashes were so long and niiice. <3 AND they plucked my eyebrows! It was my first time! I've been escaping doing that because I thought it'd hurt a LOT. It was actually a lot better that I thought it'd be! Now my eyebrows look all nice and clean. :3

The lady finished my makeup and another finished my hair. The hair only took, like, 10 minutes, but it still costed us, forty-something dollars which was absolutely ridiculous. I was so mad ... but so happy with my full, curly set of curls. : D

ANYWAYYYY, after that, I went back home and my mom did my nails. I quickly got dressed because I was running a little late and drove to get the boutonniere I ordered. I arrived and everyone was staring at me and complimenting my dress. I felt like a STAAARRR!

Bahahah

So I got to my friend Brandon's house ( Where the limo was picking us up ), at around 5:30 and we all gathered and took pictures and whatnot. Blah blah blah.

THEN

We got to The Galleria and it was HUGE!!!! There were four floors total. The first was for dancing, the second floor was for taking pictures, and playing Craps, Texas Hold'em, Roulette, etc. [Since the theme was "Double Oh Nine (009) Midnight Royale"] , and the third and fourth were for eating and dining. They closed the two top floors at around 10 so more people can dance and stuff.

My friends and I had a blast! We danced, we ate, we talked, we laughed. Good clean fun.

When The Galleria closed, all of us went back home to Brandon's house in the limo and decided to go out to eat something. Nothing was open that we all agreed on except Denny's. So Denny's it was. Hahahaha.

That was a joke. Bahahaha

Pretty Niki! I mean, you're always pretty but you looked super gorgeous. :3 I'm really happy for you! Your polka dot dress is really adorable. X3 I shall show you some pics of my prom later, in a note. I havn't looked at them in a while.

The galleria sounds amazing! We just used our gym for prom, the dj locked his gear in his car for an hour, there was no food and the drink ran out in like 30 minutes. XD We also had no games. But we do this thing called safe grad a couple nights before, where we go to this university and set up the bar for dancing and play pool and rent all these bouncy things. XD We also played ping pong and had a hypnotist.

Pfffft! I don't look much like my normal self at all in those pics. xD

Yessss! He actually had like 20-30 of our classmates hypnotized at once. A couple people got hurt because they trampled each other, or fell off their chairs while sleeping, he made one girl forget her name and the number 3. XD It was pretty awesome. I can't convince myself it wasn't real.
